How to Make an Order ?
- Register on Cutebabytoes.com.
- Log in your Cutebabytoes.com account.
- Search (Style # or Model #) or browse products. Choose the number in the quantity box of your favorite items and click “Add to cart”, one piece at least. The quantities can be adjusted in case you change your mind. Products in your shopping cart are saved while you are looking for other items. Your items will be saved if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
- If you want to know the total price including shipping costs, please fill in the shipping address on the checkout page, you can see the shipping method and shipping costs.
If you don’t want to register, you can “check as guest”. In this way, we won’t record any of your information. But at the same time, you can’t find the information about your previous orders.
Note: The products in your Wishlist and Cart will temporary store in your browser cookies if enabled.
After receiving your payment, we will begin to prepare your items at once. Tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your registered email address after your items shipped out.
How Can I Check Order Status?
Please note that due to a large increase in shipping volume, we are experiencing delays in delivery time and how soon tracking information is updated. If your tracking information is taking a while to update, know this is normal. Simply check back later for the most accurate delivery information.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
What type of payment methods do you accept ?
Cutebabytoes accepts online payments, telephone payments, and payment by PayPal electronic invoice. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Eurocard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal debit cards. Customers can also pay for their purchases using their PayPal account.
How do I change my payment methods ?
Click your My Account and select Payment methods. Click Delete or Add payment method.
What do I do if my credit card is not accepted ?
There are several reasons why your credit card may not be accepted. We suggest you try the following: Verify your credit card number and expiry date, confirm you are using your credit and not your debit card, and check that you haven’t exceeded your transaction limit. If, after exploring these possible causes, your card is still not accepted, either use an alternate card or contact us.
Is there a minimum order amount ?
No we do not have a minimum order amount. We do have a minimum order quantity on selected, mainly lower priced products.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1~2 working days of purchase.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.

- 7~12 days (Other Countries)
Your tracking number will be updated 1~2 working days after your order has been shipped.

The standard rate for each of our delivery destinations applies to all orders irrespective of the size, or weight of the order.
